I’ve been working with Bubbies Ice Cream for a few years. I was excited to meet them at Expo West to try their new Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites. After Expo West was cancelled, they sent me the new treats to try at home.
Bubbies has been making premium ice cream treats in Hawaii since 1985. In the early 2000s, they started making delicious mochi – ice cream wrapped in rice flour dough. Since then, they’ve added dairy free mochi and now new ice cream bites wrapped in cookie dough.
Bubbies new Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites are a perfect at home freezer indulgence. At 130 calories per bite, they’re a perfect portion controlled treat during your home stay time.
Bubbies new Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites come in four flavors. They are Birthday Cake, Sugar Cookie, Chocolate Chip and Brownie Batter. Birthday Cake has vanilla ice cream inside, Sugar Cookie has strawberry ice cream inside, Chocolate Chip has vanilla chocolate chip ice cream inside and Brownie Batter has peanut butter ice cream inside.
The Husband gladly took on the assignment of trying all four flavors. I tried them all, too! His favorites – Birthday Cake and Chocolate Chip. My favorite was Brownie Batter – because chocolate and peanut butter. We both agree that they’re all yummy and we’ve enjoyed them as a delicious dessert throughout our time at home. There are 6 in a package so they’ve gone a long way!
