It’s Friday, so I’m linking up with Meranda and Lacey at Fairytales and Fitness for the Friday Five. If you are human and not in a coma, you know it’s been a VERY STRESSFUL week in the US and around the world. From the disappointment and inconvenience of cancelled trips, meetings and running races to shutting down a country (Italy!), things have gone from bad to worse. So, my five is 100 today.
Here are 100 ways to cope with stress that I found in 2014. I was at a health fair for a client and I was sitting next to the behavioral health rep from their health insurance company. She had these nice, colorful one pagers that she was handing out to plan members. I asked if I could check them out. And voila!
