I found BobbySue’s Nuts‘ “Everything Goes Nuts” at Mariano’s before my last book club. We gobbled them up and then I got in touch with them to see if I could try more. They sent me all the flavors and a set of 2.5 oz pouches to send to one lucky reader.
BobbySue’s Nuts came from a family recipe and the desire to do good. The founder wanted to do more for animal rescue charities. They created a line of delicious spiced nuts and donate 2% of their net profits to the Westchester (NY) SPCA.
BobbySue’s Nuts are all natural, gluten free and use only non-GMO ingredients. The original signature savory recipe is made up of almonds, cashews and pecans in a slightly sweet glaze.
BobbySue’s Nuts now come in seven flavors. They sent me five to try and share. They all have almonds, cashews and pecans with a “slightly sweet” glaze. The flavors are:
- Original – nuts with a slightly sweet glaze.
- Everything Goes Nuts – Original plus sesame, poppy, onion and garlic – like an everything bagel!
- Nuts Over Olives – Original with dried olives. They’re sweet and salty and delicious.
- It’s Raining Chocolate – Original drizzled with fair trade chocolate
- Some Like It Hot – Original with “a spicy kick”
I’m a fan of all of the flavors! Original and Everything Goes Nuts are what got me hooked. The Husband, my book club and I devoured the large jar of Everything Goes Nuts in one sitting. The spicy and chocolate are no brainers for me.
The best surprise was the Nuts Over Olives. I enjoyed them on a plane. I loved the salty dried olives with the slightly sweet nuts. The 2.5 oz bag is perfect for travel. It was so satisfying and easy to carry along.
