Tried it Tuesday: joyböl Smoothie Bowls #Giveaway

I’m always looking for new ways to eat healthy on the go. I met the folks from joyböl at an A Sweat Life event earlier in the summer. They were sampling their new smoothie bowls. joybol is “the ready-in-seconds granola smoothie bowl that fits your busy life.” Recently, they sent me a bunch to try in a cute tote.

The people behind joyböl got tired of rushing around and not getting a healthy or satisfying breakfast. They created an on-the-go smoothie bowl with 10g of protein and a mix of nuts and fruit. The best thing is that you can just add water (or the milk of your choice).

joyböl granola smoothie bowls come in four flavors. They are Strawberry Almond Quinoa Crunch, Superberries and Acai, Chocolate Hazelnut and Mango Chia Coconut. They’re made with natural ingredients, are non-GMO project certified and have no artificial flavors or colors.

joyböls are quick and simple. You open the lid and take out the spoon. Then, you add water (or milk) to the fill line and stir. That’s it. I love that you can prepare these on an airplane or at your desk in less than a minute!

I tried the Strawberry Almond Quinoa Crunch bowl first. The bowl was surprisingly filling for its size.

I was also happily surprised by how much I liked the Chocolate Hazelnut. I don’t typically go for chocolate for breakfast. This bowl was not too sweet, filling and has a good mix of smooth and crunch. It’s my favorite one!

Would you like to try joyböl? They’ll send one lucky reader a sampler and tote bag like I received. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. Winner must be over 18, a US resident and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway is open through October 2. A winner will be selected and notified on October 3.
