If you’ve been around here, you know I’m pretty charged up and I’m not the best sleeper. I’m always looking for a natural way to sleep better. I had the opportunity to try an all natural, sleep aid from a new brand, Human Elements.
Human Elements’ mission is “to help you to be as healthy as possible through natural and science-based supplements. “ They work directly with top scientists and clinicians to “give you the foundation of health – a great night’s sleep.” The founder, Dr. Jason Kolber, has been working with elite athletes for over 20 years.
Human Elements Refresh is a vegan supplement that promotes better sleep. This vegan, all natural supplement also helps people establish normal sleeping patterns. It’s drug free and non-habit forming. They assert that the formula “helps you wake up refreshed and energized, unlike most sleeping pills and supplements.” Refresh is NSF Certified for Sport – the organization trusted by the NFL, NBA, and MLB.
Refresh is made with a variety of natural ingredients. These include Valerian Root, Kava Root, Ashwaganda, Lemon Balm, Chamomile Extract and a small amount of Melatonin.
The instructions indicate that you should take one pill 30 minutes before going to sleep. I tried Refresh for a week and didn’t notice much of an effect. I know that some sleep aids require time to get into the system, so I will give the product more time to work. That said, Refresh gets rave reviews on Amazon.
Want to try Refresh? I received 4 travel sized bottles (10 tablets) in addition to the large bottle shown. I’ll send 2 readers each two travel sized bottles.
