Eat Healthy on the Go with Freshe Meals #Giveaway

I found Freshe Meals at The Fancy Food Show. Nicoise salad is one of my faves so when I saw this portable version, I was intrigued. Freshe Meals are globally inspired tuna based meals in small tins.

The founders of Freshe were sourcing sardines in Europe and found the centuries old tradition of premium, tinned meals. When they came back, they couldn’t get the idea out of their minds, so they started testing meal ideas. They use sustainably sourced tuna with vegetables, legumes, vibrant herbs, spices and olive oil with “globally inspired recipes.”

Freshe’s 4 oz tins contain “small meals with big protein.” These high-protein meals are responsibly sourced, packed in BPA-free tins and are made from sustainable, wild-caught protein. They use all-natural, non-GMO ingredients. All meals are gluten-free and a great source of vitamins and omega-3s, too.

Freshe comes in four globally inspired flavors. They are Provence Nicoise, Thai Sriracha, Aztec Ensalada and Sicilian Caponata.

Lunch!

I’m a huge fan of Freshe meals. I’ve tried all four and am having trouble picking a favorite. It’s currently a three way tie between Sicilian Caponata, Thai Sriracha and Provence Nicoise. I like to eat them from the tin, on a salad and with crackers or Craize corn crisps (my new obsession!) Christy loves Nicoise most and Aztec. Those two have no added sugar.
