Tried it Tuesday: Riceworks Gourmet Rice Snacks #Giveaway

I love healthier snacks – even more so when they taste great. I had the opportunity to try all of the flavors of Riceworks Gourmet Rice Snacks. These whole grain rice chips taste great, are gluten free and come in six great flavors.

Riceworks started in 2005 when a family rice grower started experimenting with making snacks. The Riceworks team is passionate about making great snacks. They’re snack lovers and care about what goes into making tasty products. They “crave real, wholesome food that taste amazing” just like us.

Riceworks makes a variety of brown rice snack chips. All of the flavors are gluten free, contain no transfats and no preservatives. These gluten free snacks are made with whole grain brown rice in a dedicated facility that makes gluten free products. They’re safe for people with celiac disease and gluten free diets. [For those with food allergies, the facility doesn’t share a line with any nuts or eggs either.]

Riceworks come in six great flavors. They are Sea Salt, Salsa Fresca, Sundried Tomato, Sweet Chili,  Black Japonica Rice and Sea Salt & Black Sesame.

I brought the Sea Salt & Black Sesame with hummus to a cookout. They were a big hit. Kelli was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. She grabbed the bag and found a great new snack she can enjoy!

I gave Kelli the Sea Salt chips, too. She sent me this pic of some turkey on chips that she had as an afternoon snack. What a great idea! The website also has great recipes using Riceworks.

I like the Sea Salt and the Sweet Chili the best. The Sea Salt and Black Rice chips are great with dips like hummus. I like the Sweet Chili straight as a snack. The Husband likes them, too.
