I met the folks from Om Mushroom Superfood at Expo East last year. They were just launching their energy line of “superfood functional” drink mixes with great single serve packs. By Expo West, they had a line of two energy formulas, one beauty formula, a brain fuel formula and an immunity and digestive health formula.
Mushrooms were all the rage at Expo East last year. Om was in it way ahead of this trend. They also have a mycologist with 30 years experience and a wellness expert with a PhD in Preventative Medicine. Om is the leading producer of the highest quality, all natural, organic functional mushroom powders. They’ve traveled the world to find, “harness and distill the all-natural micronutrient benefits of the mushroom kingdom.”
Om’s functional drink stick mixes are a convenient way to “get your ‘shrooms on the go.” You just add to 12 ounces of water, shake, drink and enjoy. There are five varieties. They’re all non-GMO, gluten free, Paleo and vegan (except Beauty + which contains collagen). They’re sweetened with monk fruit and contain no Stevia. They all have functional nutrients including mushrooms. They are:

I tried the Brain Fuel + instead of a late morning coffee refill. I’m a big fan of the Mocha flavor and the nutritional benefits. It has a nice mocha taste and contains natural caffeine. I can use all of the extra clarity I can get!
I also love the Immune + Super Berry. The flavor is tasty and it contains natural probiotics and Vitamin C. This is perfect for winter travels. I like the Energy + in Lemon Lime better than the Orange – that’s a personal flavor preference for me. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor of the Beauty + is very tasty, too. This is a great option for collagen users.
