It’s the first weekend of the month, so it’s coffee time. I‘m linking up Coco @ Running with Perseverance and Deborah @ Confessions of a Mother Runner for the Ultimate Coffee Date, too. My May was crazy busy so I have a ton of coffee talk!

If we were having coffee… I’d tell you that I loved Puerto Vallarta. You may remember from last month’s coffee date that I went with Sapna. We loved the Marriott PV, the PV Food Tour and Vallarta Adventures Boat Tour we took. We loved the public art, the friendly people and delicious food. If we were having coffee… I’d tell you that I had so much fun checking out this year’s Sweets and Snacks Expo. The healthy snacks have grown exponentially over the last 6 years. I saw lots of friends and tried a ton of new healthy things I enjoyed. I’d ask you what you like because I have a huge surplus of snacks on hand. I’m planning to share soon! You can check out everything and my top five new healthy faves.
If we were having coffee… I’d tell you that I had an absolute blast running the Mountains 2 Beach marathon. Like last year, I loved the course and the people I met in the race. The weather was in the 50s and overcast – pretty much perfect. Our crew of two marathoners grew to six marathoners, 2 half marathon runners and 2 half marathon walkers. Everyone did well and had fun. I was two minutes faster this year and got a Boston Qualifier under the new standard. Read my full recap here.
