A runner can never have too many pairs of socks. I found Agogo Active at the Shamrock Shuffle Expo. They’re a local Chicagoland company and they had a special deal on socks. I bought some for me, Jen and Stacy (and got some free). We all tried them out and I contacted Agogo to share the rave reviews. They sent me some more to review and giveaway.
Agogo socks are “built for comfort.” The CoolMax Polyester wicks away the moisture from sweaty feet. The silver fiber yarn reduces odors. The blister-tab and hand-linked toe seam will “make you forget you’re even wearing socks.” They say, “running a marathon or running errands, you’ll be ready to go all day.” Socks that are anti-sweat, anti-odor and blister free? Yes, please!
Agogo makes two women’s socks and two men’s. All of them use the same plush yarn and have a nice cushioned snug feel. There is a structured arch, too. They’re all low profile with heel support and a heel tab to prevent slipping. As a bonus, the socks come in a reusable bag that’s great for storing fuel or small parts for racecations and gym bags!
I’ve been wearing my Agogo Wave socks. I love the snug fit. The material is very comfortable. I ran the Lakefront 10 miler plus 5 miles in them. My feet felt great and I was blister free. The socks wash well, too.
I like a cushioned sock, but Stacy prefers less cushion. She was surprised by how much she liked the Agogo Waves, too. Brooke found them to be very comfortable. She likes the snug feel and handlinked toe seam and has added these to her rotation.
You don’t have to take our words for it! Agogo sent me 4 pairs of socks. I’m going to give away one men’s and one women’s. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. Winners must be a US residents, 18 years of age or older and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway ends on April 30. Winners will be selected and notified on May 1.
