The nice folks at Koia supported an event I attended. I got a few coupons for it, so I decided to give it a try. I’d seen it at Expo and at Whole Foods. Koia is a plant based protein drink that’s high in fiber and protein and low in sugar.
The folks behind Koia looked to healthy societies and realized many eat a plant based diet. Their name is inspired by one of these places – the lush Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica.
Koia started with five flavors, added fruit infusions and recently launched a Keto line. The original flavors are Cold Brew Coffee, Vanilla Bean, Cacao Bean, Coconut Almond and Cinnamon Horchata. The fruit infusions are Mango Creme, Strawberry Creme and Chocolate Banana. All flavors are vegan, gluten free, high protein and low in sugar.
I absolutely love the Cinnamon Horchata flavor. I rarely drink protein drinks, because they don’t taste good to me. And if they do taste good, they’re full of junk. Koia tastes good, is filling, filled with wholesome ingredients, low in sugar and I’m a huge fan. I like it after a hard workout to replenish with protein.
The nice folks from Koia sent coupons for my recent fitness event. I have some extra coupons to share with some lucky readers. I’ll send two lucky readers 2 coupons each. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. The winners must be US residents, 18 years of age or older and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway ends on March 27. Winners will be selected and notified on March 28.
Don’t want to wait? You can get Koia online and at many stores. You can also keep up with Koia on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Please note: I was offered product coupons for an event. I was not otherwise compensated for this post. All opinions are my own.
