I’m always looking for quick and easy ways to eat healthy. If you’ve resolved to eat healthier this year, check out Fullgreen’s Cauli Rice and Vegi Rice. Cauli Rice and Vegi Rice are made with 100% vegetables. They’re lower in carbs and calories than grains – like rice, couscous and even quinoa. Plus, they’re ready in 2½ minutes – making them a quick and easy way to add more vegetables to your diet.
Fullgreen products are made with only “positive ingredients.” They’re filled with non-GMO vegetables and are gluten free, preservative free and vegan. They’re also free of major allergens. See the list here. The “rices” are 100% vegetables and all natural ingredients. These are a great way to eat more veggies and are great for lower carb diets, too.
Fullgreen makes four varieties of Cauli and Vegi Rice. They are Cauliflower Rice, Sweet Potato Rice, Cauliflower Rice with Broccoli and Cauliflower Rice with Tomato, Herbs and Spices.
My favorite is the Sweet Potato Rice. The whole pouch only has 100 calories and it has a texture and taste that I really enjoy. I used it under a veggie stir fry and as a side for chicken with seasonings and veggies added in. I also like mixing this in with brown rice or quinoa to add veggies and cut out some of the extra calories.
Allison made the Cauli Rice with Broccoli. She used it as a base for her green curry dish (with veggies, chickpeas and tofu) and she said “it soaked up the curry sauce and was delicious.” She “liked the combination of cauliflower and broccoli because it gave the dish a little more flavor.” She said it was “super easy” and that she’d definitely recommend it.
