They also have active noise canceling via an app. Another cool thing – they’ll pause and conserve energy when you loop them around your neck. Get them on Amazon for as low as $108.
Vim & Vigr Compression Socks – I wear CEP Compression for running but I love Vim & Vigr for travel. They offer fashionable and fun compression socks for work, travel and life. They are “weaving style and quality into therapeutic threads” and offer “designer socks with health benefits.” They have socks for men and women in all kinds of awesome patterns. For the Stylish/Wanna Be Stylish:
Stitch Fix Gift Card – If you don’t have a clue on how to pick the perfect outfit for the the gal or guy in your life, but you can get a Stitch Fix gift card. What’s Stitch Fix? It’s an online personal styling service. Stitch Fix has women’s sizes XS-XXL (0-16) and men’s sizes XS-XXL (waist sizes 28-42), as well as maternity and petite clothing. The recipient fills out a style profile. Each month (or time frame that works for them), they receive a shipment with five items. Then, he/she chooses what he/she likes and returns the rest for free. The $20 styling fee is applied toward anything purchased. My fave feature, if you buy all 5 pieces, you get 25% off. I was late to the Stitch Fix party, but I love my quarterly deliveries so far. It’s a great gift!
Trunk Club Gift Card – Like Stitch Fix, Trunk Club offers personal styling for men and women from Nordstrom. You can get styled online or in person in Chicago, Dallas, DC, LA, Boston and NYC. One thing I like about Trunk Club is that they send a digital look book before they send the clothes your way for your review. You can buy what you like and send the rest back with free shipping. You can get gift cards here.
For Folks Resolving to have a Healthier 2019!

Fitbit Alta HR or Fitbit Versa – The Fitbit can help you to see how much (or little) you move each day. My friends in NYC and their kids have contests to see if everyone can get to 10,000 steps per day. Mine reminds me to get up and move throughout the day. It’s a great tool if you’re trying to move more. They’ve updated the smart watch with the new Fitbit Versa.
