It’s hard to believe it, but the summer is coming to an end. I’ve been seeing all of the back to school pictures on Facebook. As kids are getting set to go back to school, it’s time to figure out the best snacks to send in school lunches.

I shared the cookies and cereal with my kid testers and I tried some myself. Kristin and Lauren (her 20 month old with a nut allergy) loved the chocolate chip cookies. Kristin said, “They’re a nice consistency – not too hard or too soft. And I love that they contain vegetable extracts, so I don’t feel guilty when I give her cookies or eat them myself.” Jen said, “MadeGood was a huge hit in our house! The girls loved the cookies and I like that they’re a better for you snack option for them.” Her husband loved the granola, too.
I enjoyed the mini chocolate chip cookies and Chocolate Banana Crispy Light Granola. The cookies are a perfect size for an afternoon snack. The light granola is more like cereal than granola. It’s super tasty and surprisingly not too sweet. I’m a big fan. I love that these products have extra nutrients from vegetables and that they’re free of common allergens.
