I sent my molds in and got them back. There was an issue with the top one. They sent me a new one quickly and at no cost. The whitening process is super easy. You just put gel in the trays and wear them for 45 minutes to 3 hours at a time. Depending on the level of staining, the process needs to be repeated for 4 – 7 days. If your teeth are sensitive, they recommend skipping days between treatments. My sample kit contained desensitizing gel, too, which is available at a small additional cost, or as part of a kit. This gel is used to help with any sensitivity and to prevent staining from food and drink.
I whitened for 45 minutes 2 days in a row and for an hour on the third day. I did notice that my teeth are whiter and I have some more work to do (darn coffee!) I had no sensitivity or issues with the gel which I was happy about. I still have several syringes left so I will do 2 or 3 more treatments and then save the gel for when I notice that the brightness is gone. That is the cool thing about having the trays.
