My #100HappyDays Challenge is Over!

happydays fi 2My 100 Happy Days Challenge is over, but don’t worry, I am still going to look for things to be happy about every day. And, you can bet I will share them with you! I was speaking to a physician who cited research that you can be “rewired to be happier” and more optimistic by doing exercises like this one. I totally buy it. Attitude is everything!

The challenge website says:

“People successfully completing the challenge claimed to:
Start noticing what makes them happy every day;
– Be in a better mood every day;
– Start receiving more compliments from other people;
– Realize how lucky they are to have the life they have;
– Become more optimistic;
– Fall in love during the challenge.”

I have to say on the whole, I think the challenge definitely works. I do feel happier and more optimistic and I am definitely looking for the good in every day.

Here are the scenes from the last 40 days of my challenge (plus a few other random Instagram posts):

5. They embrace the roller coaster.

6. They let things go.

Good stuff!

That’s all for today! I made it through 6 rounds of the Sole Survivor Progressive Race last night. The last race was two miles and I was 2nd of 2 female runners (people get eliminated every round). I smiled the whole way and it was noted by all of the spectators. I knew I was beat after the first 3/4 of a mile, but I was happy to have made it so far. I also knew that I ran too fast in the first 3 rounds. Live and learn! Full recap to come after Christmas in July 6 hour!

PS. Don’t forget my active giveaways! Great stuff!
