Finds’ fave Abe’s Market is going on a summer road trip! They are highlighting six US cities and some of the best healthy/green spots and vendors in each. For each city, they have a local and sustainable guide, featured vendors and sales on all of their favorite products local to that city. Lucky for us, we can buy products local to us, or from the other cities, at the special low prices. In addition, they are offering free shipping on a ton of great products through 7/27! A win-win!
The “tour stops” are Chicago, Austin, SF Bay Area, Southern California, Brooklyn/NYC and Denver/Boulder.
I will give you one guess as to which blogger wrote the Chicago Local and Sustainable City Guide. I highlighted some of my faves and, believe it or not, could have gone on for pages and pages. Chicago is known for its hot dogs and pizza, but it also has a great farm-to-table scene, tons of farmer’s markets, outdoor activities and lots of new healthy fast(er) food options. Check it out HERE.
Chicago and Abe’s also have a robust all natural and local products scene. Some of my faves like Simple Squares, Zemas Madhouse Foods, I Heart Keenwah, Journey Bar, Jimmy Bar! and more are included in the sale. Check out the Chicago shop, now! They are offering free shipping on these products through 7/27, too.
Last thing, Abe’s is also hosting a big road trip giveaway! They’ve collected snacks, spices, skincare and more from their favorite sellers along every stop of the Abe’s Road Trip. Two lucky winners will win “a bountiful prize package to get a real taste of the nation.” The lucky two win prizes from: Simple Squares, The Scrumptious Pantry, Surf Sweets, Zemas Madhouse Foods, Urban Accents, Lincoln Bark, I Heart Keenwah, Windy City Organics, Hooray Puree, SW Basics, Cisse Trading Co., Shilpa Rathi , Quinn Popcorn, Kishu Charcoal, KOLAT Superfood Fusions, OneBar, Argana Vita, White Girl Salsa & World Peas!
