I participated in Runaway Bridal Planner’s health and fitness blogger holiday giveaway bloghop and New Year’s/new goals bloghop. No one was more interested in the start of spring than me after this winter, so I jumped right in for the “Spring into Fitness” blog hop giveaway, too. And now, welcome to the “Shape Up for Summer” giveaway! After trying on some summer things and seeing some race pics, look like I need to win some of these myself!
What is a Bloghop? A group of blogs that are all linked together to offer a variety of giveaways with unique giveaways posted on each. Blog readers who come to one blog on the list can see links to all of the others and can click to “hop” on over to the next blog.
Well, you know that I love giveaways and to check out new blogs so I decided to link up again! You can see all of the other participating blogs at the bottom of this post or at Runaway Bridal Planner or at co-host (and Finds’ friend) Fit Running Mama!
Here are some great prizes to help you to get in shape for summer!
Prize 1. Fruit Bliss Tote and Fruit! (Retail Value: $20.00)
Dried fruit is a great all natural food for runners! Fruit Bliss is very different from typical dried fruits – it’s better! One thing you will notice is that the fruit is a natural dark color. This is what happens as the fruit oxidizes naturally drying in the sun. Most dried apricots are a bright orange color because they have added sulfur dioxide, a chemical color preserver. These products are all USDA organic, vegan, non-GMO and gluten free.
The fruit medley of apricots, plums and figs is so fresh and and delicious. I have been trying to clean up my diet after a terrible (losing) battle in April with Easter candy. This bag of soft dried fruit medley was a big help! Sweet, delicious and good for me! The awesome folks at Fruit Bliss are offering one reader a prize pack with one tote bag, 3 of each flavor mini pack and one large bag of mixed dried fruit. The mini-packs are awesome to bring with you whenever you are on the run and need a little pick me up!

Nakd Bars contain 100% natural ingredients with no added sugars, syrups or “other stuff that shouldn’t be there.” The bars are wheat, dairy and gluten free and are a perfect size for a snack or pre-workout. They have two kinds: raw fruit and nut bars and crunch (protein) bars. The flavors are fruit and nut bar: Rhubarb & Custard, Caffe Mocha, Cocoa Orange, Cashew Cookie, Pecan Pie, Berry Delight, Cocoa Mint, Ginger Bread and Cocoa Delight. The crunch bars come in: Apple Crunch, Strawberry Crunch, Banana Crunch and Cocoa Crunch. This sampler prize contains one of each flavor in an adorable box!

Prize 3. HB Tune Hand Band ($29.99 retail value)
I normally tote my phone in a pocket or Spibelt for running, but last summer I wanted to use my phone to get training guidance and tracking from the a GPS app (now using Strava), so I tried an armband. I contacted HB Tune to see if they would send me one to try. They did and they sent one to a lucky winner, too!
HB Tune is made of neoprene and is “sweat-resistant,” the phone can be used/controlled through the plastic, there is a snap to hold in phone and an adjustable strap. The HB Tune comes in several sizes (for a variety of smart phones) and is intended to fit even large cases (mine is too tight so I take it out of the case.) Another cool thing is that it is “handed”. I got a right handed case. The fit is very comfortable and running with it was really effortless. I really like it and barely notice it while I run. The outside and strap are a sueded material so I was a bit worried they would get icky from sweat, but so far so good! I have now been using my HB Tune for almost a year and it is still in awesome shape. I recommend this to EVERYONE who wants to run with a phone! HB Tune has been updated and it now has a pocket for a key/money/ID, too. YAY!
