My friend and fellow runner, Veronica, posted a link to a cool series from Trail Running Magazine on Facebook this week. To help keep motivation high in January, Trail Running Magazine partnered with Sputnik of The Swashbucklers Club to deliver “a small dose of running inspiration” every day in January. Each day on their website, they posted one page from his new book, The Swashbuckler’s Guide to Running Away from Dinosaurs. And, I have 29 of the posts below! (I will add the last 2 when they are posted.)
You can comment on their daily image (well today or tomorrow) and let them know what you did that day to move yourself toward one of your 2014 goals or resolutions. They will enter your name in a weekly drawing to receive a free, autographed copy of Sputnik’s book. (Click here to learn more about the book and giveaway.)
