We are escaping the start of winter and Thanksgiving. We are on vacation! Woot woot! That said, I have some pre-planned finds for you to help with staying healthy for the holidays AND to get ready for “Black Friday”, too.
I have joined two health challenges from bloggers and want to share them. They are a great way to get some new, healthy ideas on ways to stay on track for the holidays and “meet” some new people (and find new bloggers to read.) All good things in my opinion!
Check out the Elf for Health. It is a set of two week challenges. The challenges fall into 4 different categories: Food, Fitness, For You & For Others. There will be daily tasks, daily winners, prizes, weekly newsletters, and a Facebook group for support. You get a buddy to help you along and there are prizes.

The Good Life Challenge is a free challenge on that is hosted by Jamie Mendell of the Intuitive Eating Challenge. Katie has been working with Jamie and highly recommends this challenge.
