So, as you know, I write a lot about running, health and wellness, goals and motivation and resolutions (especially at this time of year)… I LOVED these infographics (from 2 really cool sites Daily Infographic and Cool Daily Infographics) on “strange” (a/k/a common and pretty easy to do in real life – YAY) things to do to stay healthy and “lazy” ways to burn calories. They seemed like a way to get a “free” pass for a change! (And we all need that now and again!)
I am totally on board with this list (even though some of my friends will say I don’t have much of a sense of humor for comedies…) What is your favorite?
This makes me want to get up and dance at the office (while walking and talking on the phone)! Heck, maybe I will!
