I am excited to report that I am now a Greatist Ambassador. I love the site, the Greatist. It is “all about inspiring people to make healthier choices” — whether that’s going for a morning run, choosing a side salad over french fries or simply smiling more often.
By becoming a Greatist Ambassador, I take on the challenge of not only making better choices for myself, but promising to inform, and inspire others (YOU!) to become greatists, too. I have shared a ton of their content already and will continue to do so. I am also promising to share my goals and challenges – which is easy because I already over share my goals… I mean… I do that on this blog already!
Greatist breaks out content into three areas: Fitness, Health and Happiness. The site has workouts, news, podcasts and many great articles. They also compile sets of articles every week with resources and news you may have missed like this one. I am happy to spread the word and hopefully add my perspectives to this awesome site and community!
