30 Ways to Stay Well This Fall
1. Winterize smoothies by adding cinnamon or ginger
2. Experiment with these other spices
3. Eat lots of leafy greens to oxygenate your blood and keep you energized
4. Supplement with liquid chlorophyll if it’s hard to get your greens
5. Make a big pot of soup on Sundays to last you through the week
6. Have an apple taste test with the varieties available at your farmers market
