You know I love my coffee – I even like to eat it. You may remember that I supported New Grounds Foods’ Kickstarter campaign for CoffeeBars. They’ve rebranded to Eat Your Coffee and changed up the flavors. Eat Your Coffee makes all natural energy bar infused with real coffee.
This project was the brain child of two college students from Northeastern University in their dorm room. Caffeine is their jam! It’s mine, too, so supporting this Kickstarter was a no-brainer. They also use only fair trade coffee to support the farming communities who make Eat Your Coffee bars possible.
Eat Your Coffee Bars are vegan, gluten free, Fair-Trade, made in the USA and delicious. Each bar has as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. They don’t want to replace your coffee. They want to provide a nutritious snack that can provide great energy when you need a pick me up.
I supported Eat Your Coffee’s Kickstarter to launch it’s newest flavor, Peanut Butter Mocha. I got a few boxes of bars, so I’m going to share them in this giveaway.
Eat Your Coffee Bars now come in three flavors. They are Fudgy Mocha Latte, Salted Caramel Macchiato and new Peanut Butter Mocha.
The Fudgy Mocha Latte bars are a crowdpleaser. They’re made with dark chocolate, dates, gluten free oats, almond butter, coffee, crisp brown rice, chia seeds, cashews, agave, spices and sea salt. They’re soft, chocolatey and delicious. The new Peanut Butter Mocha bars use peanut butter instead of almond butter. YUM! The Salted Caramel Macchiato bars are sweeter that the others. They’re perfect if you like your coffee sweetened.
