Healthier in ’17: Join me for #SweatworkingWeek

Great News! I’m an A Sweat Life Ambassador. A Sweat Life is a fitness community here in Chicago (with a great web presence if you’re not in Chicago). In Chicago, they try out all of the best new health and fitness classes, food and events. Then, they hold #Sweatworking events to give folks like me a chance to try new things and meet great like-minded people. It’s a workout followed by networking and usually some great freebies, too. This year, they recruited Ambassadors to help spread the word!

There are #Sweatworking events each month. To kick off a great 2017, they are hosting a second #Sweatworking Week. It’s a week with workouts at a bunch of ASL’s favorite fitness studios across Chicago.  Each class is a great deal at $15. Plus, you can meet other folks who are also trying something new (so you won’t be the only newbie). There are still spots in all kinds of workouts from rock climbing to barre to yoga to Barry’s Bootcamp to DayBreaker to WERQ Dance Fitness to weight lifting. See the whole schedule here. Plus, get 25% off on classes with code EricaFinds (that’s $11.25!).

See the full schedule HERE.

They’re also hosting lunch and learn sessions from 1/9-1/12. The lunch speakers include people who use fitness to do good, who pursued their goals to be happier and more balanced human, who decided to be their own bosses (like Finds’ fave Cindy Kuzma) and people who have mastered the art of balancing a busy professional life with a training schedule. Even better, these lunches are only $5 with all of the ticket sales going to The Greater Chicago Food Depository thanks to Finds’ Fave Snap Kitchen. Get your tickets to the lunch and learn sessions here.

If you can’t make it this time, you can keep up with A Sweat Life on the web. You can also follow A Sweat Life on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
