If you’ve ever read this blog, you know I am a bit obsessed with trying new things – especially new health and fitness products. I was turned on to The Feed by one of the companies I profiled: Rev’d. My favorite thing about The Feed is that you can buy one item to try instead of a whole box. Many of the brands are tough to find at local stores, so this is place to sample new products.
The Feed offers single servings (and boxes and subscriptions) for fitness nutrition and healthy snacks (and some old faves, too!) They “search high and low to find the best, most unique, and obscure brands out there. [They] research everything and personally test every item [they] offer.” They also have an awesome referral program where people who sign up for their email get $5 and the referrers get $10. The Feed offers a bunch of customizable boxes for a variety of sports and dietary restrictions. Recently, they started offering a “Starter Box.” They say, “Who doesn’t love surprises?! With this awesome discovery box we’ll send you [10 or 20] exciting new products that we’ve added to our lineup and think you should try. You can still continue to get all your staple products, and then we’ll spice things up with extra fun stuff each month. We’ll rotate out different items each month for you so you don’t have to worry about it. And they say you can’t have it all! We beg to differ, and this box agrees.” It’s like an expert subscription box!
I had some credit on The Feed, so I ordered a Starter Box to check out. My box contained a Honey Stinger GF Organic Cinnamon Waffle, Nourish Snacks’ Berry’d Treasure Granola, Eden Dried Cranberries, Amrita Mango Coconut Energy Bar, Clif Apricot Bar, Power Bar Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Glukos Energy Gel and Drink and a Health Warrior Mango Chia Bar. I also got a free JoJe Bar in Pancakes and Bacon with my last order. I will throw that in, as well. This 10 item box is $20. It’s a great way to try some new things from great brands – old and new.
