If we were having coffee, I would tell you… it was another light travel month for me and The Husband. I had the opportunity to go to NYC for work and got to see some friends and run twice in Central Park. Yay! It was great. I think swung by Cincinnati and then home. I am headed to NYC for the Brooklyn Half in two weeks and have to get out to my company’s California office at some point to get my computer upgraded. It is struggling. Poor thing!
If we were having coffee, I would tell you… that even though I almost never talk politics here, my head is spinning about Trump. Last summer, Rhys asked us if “this Trump thing” was a joke (she’s traveling around the world and not getting US media.) I said “yes” and The Husband said “no.” Well, he’s right this time. And boy, I did not see that one coming last summer. Did you? Who do you think he’ll pick as a running mate?
If we were having coffee, I would tell you… that the Husband and I get to check out the Hard Rock Cafe’s World Burger Tour. I called to see if he was interested and he was like “are you kidding – of course!” They are compiling a special burger list from Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and it will be available at HRCs through June 30th. I will be back with a giveaway and pics of our visit soon. There are some interesting combos!
If we were having coffee, I would tell you… that although I have complained about Facebook changes and features, I do enjoy the daily walks through Memory Lane with the Share Your Memories feature. I love to see pictures, ideas and shares from years back. I am amazed at how much better my iPhone camera and iPhone photography has gotten, too!
If we were having coffee, I would tell you… that you have to come over and grab some of my awesome product overflow from Expo West and post Expo follow ups. Well, if we were actually having coffee IRL, I would have brought you a bunch of things to try. Coming soon… Karma Nuts, Fuel Snacks by Foodie Fuel, Temple Protein Bars and more!
